ABOUT ME

My career has flourished at the intersection of marketing, music, and media, leveraging over 8 years of experience in social media and digital marketing. During this time, I have consistently stayed ahead of industry trends, successfully growing and engaging audiences while enhancing brand identity and values. My experience as a radio host has further honed my communication skills, enabling me to build meaningful connections with clients, suppliers, and collaborators.

This unique blend of expertise in music, broadcasting, and marketing positions me to lead teams and deliver impactful campaigns, whether for B2B or D2C audiences, and to drive innovation in the music and media industries.

HOW I WORK

In my current role at Midas Consoles, a Music Tribe subsidiary, I lead the development, creation, and execution of marketing materials tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. By conducting in-depth market research, I identify key audience demographics and customer needs, translating insights into impactful campaigns. I produce and edit diverse video content, including webinars, educational materials, and social media assets, memes and collaborate with partners to craft marketing materials that amplify their campaigns and align with the consumer journey.

I play a pivotal role in managing the marketing budget, ensuring supplier payments and project timelines are met. Additionally, I oversee the social media strategy and content for Midas Consoles (@midasconsoles) across all platforms, while also guiding marketing activities for other Music Tribe brands, including Tannoy, Turbosound, and Lab Gruppen. My ability to balance creative storytelling with a data-driven approach has been instrumental in fostering meaningful brand connections.

Midas Consoles

I have managed this brand since May 2023. I have implemented regular posting, consistent colour schemes and overall coherence for the brand. The Instagram account alone has gained over 40k followers since my takeover and the TikTok account, started from scratch, has just reached 1000 followers. All this growth has been achieved organically with no paid ad management.

The main content posted consists of updates for consoles, which involves disseminating complex information to an audience and user generated content (UGC). My idea for the UGC is that we are empowered by our consumers, they empower each other via interaction on the posts and they are empowered by us sharing their stories. 

I am also solely responsible for the LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube and LinkTree management. 

I handle all requests that come in via inboxes on apps and in Meta Suite, referring customers to the correct location for issues and generally connecting with them about their experience with products. 

Viral Posts

Several Posts I have made have reached over 100k views. The most notable are The US Office meme and another meme about the sound of faders, both found on Midas' Instagram. Comedic value should never be underestimated for reach!

The most viral post has just reached over 1.5 million views and is still going strong pinned on the Midas Instagram.

The post on the left reached 230k views and shows a more unique and distinctive way of consumers using Midas products and was praised by users.

Prior to joining the Midas account, reels on Instagram were reached less than 10k, now most have views around the 50k mark with more posts reaching higher views.
